Just a Little Bit of Procrastination Makes the Work Go Down

I have an astract due tomorrow. I'm working on it, slowly.

Last night was Rach's bachelorette party, and it was fun. Today was okay, but I am still sick (from a virus, not over-imbibing). My voice comes and goes as does my lethargy. I hope to feel better soon.

This week amongst all the wedding excitement, I get to hand in my abstract, hand in a song, mark a whole whack of papers, read Norman Mailer's The Naked and the Dead, and prep for my class on Friday. Piece of cake (if there were two of me).

On Saturday, Miles had his last day of soccer. His game was outside, but the weather humoured us. It didn't start raining until we were walking back to the car. He was so cute holding his trophy. Here is a picture:

I also recently bought him a bunch of baseball stuff (batting gloves, cleats, helmet, and mitt) in honour of the upcoming T-ball season and he was very cute with it. I think his favorite thing was the gloves. Here's him trying them on:

Cute pose, eh?
